整套还是房间

• •租整套组屋，请业主出示 HDB 的出租批准信 ²。
• •整套出租给非马来西亚籍的非公民（含 PR），还受组屋所在邻里和楼座的非公民配额限制，可在 HDB 查询 ³。
• •核实业主身份：请业主出示印有其姓名的杂费单或房贷账单 ²。
