Become a HITP Singapore Referral Partner

No office shifts. You introduce people who want to talk to HITP; after review and a written agreement, fees are paid on qualifying sales at a rate agreed in writing before signing.

Three ground rules

  • •Introduce only — no handling of applications, no collecting money
  • •Pass, PR, citizenship and admission outcomes are decided by the authorities or institutions
  • •No income promise: fees on qualifying sales, rate agreed in writing before signing

Why become a referral partner?

When someone you know has questions about studying in Singapore, permanent residence or citizenship, you can invite them to contact HITP directly. There are no office shifts. You make the introduction. HITP handles enquiries and advisory work within its scope, and appropriately authorised parties handle regulated work.

What can you refer?

We accept approved education advisory enquiries and consultations on PR or citizenship applications. The person concerned or their guardian should contact us directly. Work passes, job placement, recruitment and rental transactions are outside the paid referral programme.

What is outside your role?

Do not match candidates with employers, collect résumés, match tenants with landlords, share listings, arrange viewings or negotiate rental terms. Do not complete or submit applications, collect fees or deposits, or request identity documents or login details.

Work pass applications are submitted by the employer or an appointed employment agency authorised to do so. Estate agency work is handled by licensed property agencies and their registered agents.
